Welcome to Widmers Cleaners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and participation in our Discount Club program. By accessing our services or joining our Discount Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, accessing our website, or participating in our Discount Club program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services or join our Discount Club.

2. Discount Club Eligibility

To be eligible for the Widmers Cleaners Discount Club, you must:

• Be a residential customer (commercial customers are not eligible)
• Complete the registration form with accurate information
• Explicitly opt in to receive marketing communications via both email and SMS
• Remain subscribed to both email and SMS communications (opting out of either will result in termination of Discount Club membership)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid mailing address

Widmers Cleaners reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and to refuse or terminate membership at our sole discretion.

3. Discount Club Benefits

Members of the Widmers Cleaners Discount Club will receive:

• 10% discount on Carpet and Area Rug Cleaning services only
• Promotional offers and discounts communicated via email and/or SMS
• Early notification of seasonal promotions and special events

The 10% discount applies only to the base service price and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated. The discount does not apply to additional services, fees, taxes, or other charges.

4. Communication Requirements

By joining the Discount Club, you agree to receive marketing communications from Widmers Cleaners through both of the following channels:

• Email marketing messages
• SMS (text message) marketing messages

You must maintain active subscriptions to both of these communication channels to remain in the Discount Club. If you opt out of either email or SMS communications, your Discount Club membership will be automatically terminated.

Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS messages. The frequency of communications will vary.

5. Modification of Terms

Widmers Cleaners reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services or participation in the Discount Club after any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Termination

Widmers Cleaners reserves the right to terminate your Discount Club membership at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Causes for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information
• Opting out of either email or SMS communications
• Abuse of discount privileges
• Inactivity for a period of more than 12 consecutive months

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Widmers Cleaners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, website, or participation in the Discount Club, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Widmers Cleaners is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

Your use of our services and participation in the Discount Club is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
